Campus Groningen fastest growing Campus in the Netherlands and excellent employment hub according to Buck Consultants report.
An assessment drawn up by Buck Consultants International (BCI), on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate and the Dutch Knowledge Cities Network has reported that Campus Groningen is the fastest growing campus in the Netherlands and the second largest campus in terms of total employment. In 2014-2018, the campus widen from 114 to 198 companies. This year 3,200 jobs were opened and up to 45.962 students enrolled.
Campus Groningen has two separate locations: the Zernike Campus and the Healthy Ageing Campus, where BiomarkerBay is located. Companies at both campuses focus on a range of sectors, including life sciences, the pharmaceutical industry, IT services, logistics, administration, education opportunities, design and green energy, among others.
